Ryan's random call asking if we wanted to sell was a godsend. No one likes taking sales calls, but I'm glad I picked up. Ryan spent time answering questions about putting our house on the market. First off, Ryan was awesome! He started right away to get an understanding of what we’re looking for in a house. Of course, that shifts and he was always there as a perfect guide. He never made it feel like he was all about “the sale”! He was very knowledgeable and walked us through information we didn’t understand, even on stuff not regarding this particular sale.
